Operations & Technical Manager

Wilsonhalligan has a Technical / Operational Manager position available in the South East of England (location flexible).

My client, a well-established yacht management company, is seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join their growing team. This role will involve supporting multiple yachts operationally and technically, assisting with ongoing projects, and working closely with clients.

Your Experience:

• Engineering qualification up to 2nd Engineer level or strong technical/operational experience.
• Minimum 2-3 years of shoreside experience in yacht management, operations, or technical support.
• IT-savvy, with experience handling budgets, payroll, and compliance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach.
• Superyacht industry experience required.

Location: South/South East England (flexible)
Salary: £65,000 + referral scheme + benefits
Start: ASAP
